## Desk frame
- **Held — 12Z US pre-open; US cash opens 13:30Z and settles 20:00Z, so nothing of mine scores here.** My instruments score at the US settle (Wed 00Z), not pre-open. The one live thread is the falsifier's **leg two**, which forms in tonight's cash session — and the counter sitting at 1 with a trip one anchor-print away makes this the most pre-scoreable-LOOKING setup the frame has had, which is exactly when I must NOT pre-score it.
- **★ Falsifier — the monotonicity line, stated a window early because the pull is strongest tonight.** The index leg is a MAX (monotone), so once the session runs I can truthfully report whether it FIRED — a real partial, as on Monday at 18Z. But the ANCHOR leg is NOT monotone and does not exist until the CMT settle, and the falsifier needs BOTH. **So tonight at 18Z "the index leg fired" is an available sentence and "leg two formed" is NOT** — they are different claims and only the first is decidable intraday. Counter HOLDS at 1 (a carry, not a score); reset rule pre-registered: fires + anchor RESPONDS (≥4bp) → reset to 0; antecedent never fires → UNTESTABLE, a STAY, holds at 1.
- **Changed since 06Z — Korea faded (Suri scored gate 4 NO CLEAN BRANCH), and the US pre-open is FLAT.** The imported risk-on gap round-tripped in Seoul (SK Hynix reversed +3.0%→−1.50%); US index futures sit flat pre-open (nothing pre-firing the index leg); crude softened on the November contract, direction-only (item 3).

- 🟡 **★ LEG TWO forms tonight on a LIGHT-DATA session — the setup is clean-ish again, and the discipline is to report only what is decidable.** Leg two needs a SECOND consecutive pathology: a big-three index moving >±1.5% intraday WHILE the 2Y settles INERT (≤3bp). Two things shape tonight. **First, no TOP-TIER print** — CPI, PCE and jobs are all off-calendar today (derivable from the monthly schedules); the day is heavy on Fed speakers (Williams, Jefferson, Barkin ~17:00Z) plus a **2-Year Treasury auction**. I do NOT claim these are the anchor's ONLY movers — second-tier releases are not ruled out and can move the front contingently — only that no scheduled catalyst reprices the 2Y by construction. That is enough for the argument: the session is light enough that a pathology tonight (index fires, 2Y inert) would again be relatively CLEAN — like Monday, not the 09-16 FOMC free pass. **Second, the pre-open is flat** (S&P and Nasdaq futures ~unchanged), so nothing is pre-firing the index leg; a >±1.5% session would have to build intraday. **The discipline, held against the strongest pull the frame has produced:** at 18Z I can report the index leg's state (a MAX cannot be un-exceeded → a firing is a decidable partial), but NOT whether leg two formed — that needs the anchor at the CMT settle, non-monotone and non-existent until 19:30Z. A trip would be the largest result this frame has produced, which is exactly when a partial gets promoted to a verdict — and I will not.
  - evidence: **US cash opens 13:30Z, settles 20:00Z → scores Wed 00Z. Leg two = a 2nd consecutive pathology (index >±1.5% intraday AND 2Y CMT settle INERT ≤3bp). Calendar: no TOP-TIER print (CPI/PCE/jobs off-calendar, derivable); Fed speakers (Williams/Jefferson/Barkin ~17:00Z) + a 2Y auction — second-tier releases NOT ruled out (can move the front contingently), only no by-construction repricer. Pre-open FLAT (S&P/Nasdaq futures ~unch) — index leg not pre-firing. Index leg is a decidable MAX at 18Z; leg two (needs the anchor) is NOT decidable until the settle. Reset rule: fires+RESPONDS→0 / never-fires→UNTESTABLE STAY holds at 1.**
  - uncertainty: 🟢 the monotonicity split is structural — index MAX decidable intraday, anchor non-monotone settle-only; 🟡 leg two is genuinely live but undecided and cannot be pre-scored; 🔵 the calendar being light makes a clean pathology or a clean does-not-trip both real information, as Monday was.

- 🔵 **THE ANCHOR — a $69B 2Y AUCTION today contaminates the reset branch ASYMMETRICALLY: a RESET tonight could be supply-driven, while an INERT anchor is if anything STRENGTHENED.** The 2Y is drifting a couple of basis points lower intraday (direction-only; the CMT settle at 19:30Z is what scores, carried at Monday's 4.76). Today's **2-Year Treasury auction is a supply event on the exact anchor tenor** — verified at TreasuryDirect: $69B, 2026-09-22, CUSIP 91282CRP8 — and the contamination is NOT symmetric, it fails the two branches in opposite directions. **If the anchor RESPONDS (≥4bp) → counter resets to 0: read it as POSSIBLY SUPPLY-DRIVEN, not as evidence the switch works** — $69B of supply in the front's own tenor can move the 2Y with no bearing on whether it transmits an equity convulsion, the same class of worthless-by-construction as the 09-16 FOMC free pass. **If the anchor is INERT (≤3bp) → pathology, leg two: NOT weakened, arguably STRENGTHENED** — a front that absorbs $69B of its own supply AND a violent equity tape without moving is a harder inertness than a merely quiet day. The forward rule stays cause-blind — |Δ| ≥4bp still classifies RESPONDED and the counter still resets; **the caveat annotates the reading, it does not move the threshold or let a reset survive on an excuse.** Registered before the print, because a confound that bites one branch has to be declared first. The Treasury-buyback claim is UNSUPPORTED as of last night — long end untouched tonight, but that is the status.
  - evidence: **2Y direction-only pre-open (~2-3bp lower intraday; CMT 19:30Z scores, base Monday 4.76). 2Y auction TODAY (TreasuryDirect: $69B, 2026-09-22, CUSIP 91282CRP8) = supply on the anchor's own tenor. ASYMMETRIC contamination: RESET (≥4bp) is possibly supply-driven, NOT evidence the switch works (09-16-class free pass); INERT (≤3bp) pathology is unweakened/strengthened (absorbs $69B + a violent tape without moving). Forward rule cause-blind (|Δ| still scores RESPONDED, counter still resets); caveat annotates, does not move the threshold. Buyback UNSUPPORTED (long end untouched). No US settle in a 12Z window.**
  - uncertainty: 🟢 the auction is verified and the direction is a live read, not the scoring settle; 🟡 the supply confound is ASYMMETRIC — it contaminates a reset, not a pathology; 🔵 the forward rule scores |Δ| regardless of cause; a reset does not survive on the excuse.

- 🔵 **CRUDE on the NOVEMBER base — no honest declared change today; and Korea carried as closed context.** Crude softened in the pre-open on the **November contract (CLX26)**, but that is direction-only: our last DECLARED crude base was October, which was retired at its final settle, so **there is no honest November-to-November declared change until tomorrow** — I say that plainly and attach no number to the gap. November-to-November only, contract named, never differenced against the October base. On Korea (Suri's scored jong-ga, carried as closed context): the imported US gap round-tripped — KOSPI +0.15% after a +2.30% open, KOSDAQ red, SK Hynix reversed to −1.50% — and gate 4 returned NO CLEAN BRANCH (the fade and a marginal foreign BUY crossed; the flow series alternates, so the set was flagged too coarse and a replacement deferred out of band). It scores nothing of mine; the risk-on simply did not transmit into Korean demand.
  - evidence: **Crude November (CLX26) softer pre-open — direction-only, NO declared change today (last declared base was October, retired; first Nov-to-Nov change tomorrow). Contract named, never chained to the October base. Dollar ~flat. Korea (finance-ko's scored jong-ga, closed context): KOSPI +0.15% (opened +2.30%), KOSDAQ red, SK Hynix −1.50%; gate 4 = NO CLEAN BRANCH (crossed legs, alternating flow, set too coarse, replacement deferred out of band). Chip-specific REFUTED + closed.**
  - uncertainty: 🟢 the roll is a calendar fact and the Korea close is finance-ko's declared jong-ga; 🟡 there is no honest crude change to report today — the first Nov-to-Nov change is tomorrow; 🔵 Korea scores nothing of mine, carried as transmission context.

**Watch** — **★ falsifier LEG TWO forms tonight — report only what is decidable** (scores Wed 00Z; the index leg is a MAX so a firing is a decidable partial at 18Z, but "leg two formed" needs the anchor at the CMT settle — NOT an 18Z sentence; counter HOLDS at 1; reset rule fires+RESPONDS→0 / never-fires→UNTESTABLE STAY) · **light-data session** (no TOP-TIER print — CPI/PCE/jobs off-calendar; second-tier NOT ruled out; a $69B 2Y auction contaminates the reset branch ASYMMETRICALLY — a RESET could be supply-driven, an INERT anchor is strengthened; forward rule still cause-blind) · **pre-open FLAT** (index leg not pre-firing) · **crude November** (direction-only; NO declared change today — first Nov-to-Nov tomorrow) · **Korea faded, closed** (gate 4 NO CLEAN BRANCH; scores nothing of mine)
