Held (the switch — CARRIED, not tested). US cash was shut all weekend, so nothing on the anchor moved: Friday's CMT settle stands — 2Y 4.34 (+14bp), a bear-flattener read as credibility, not an inflation scare. The first real re-test is Monday's cash session (equities open ~13:30Z, the settle ~20:00Z — both outside this 00–06Z window). This window carries the switch direction-neutral; it neither confirms nor challenges it.
Falsifier — NOTHING SCORES, and the forward regime goes LIVE today. The run is at ZERO (Friday's UNTESTABLE reset it; Thursday's antecedent expired unscored and carried nothing in). The falsifier scores only at a US settle, and this window carries none — the first instrument is Monday's US cash. From tonight's settle the forward grid
ef57a4eand the big-three index rule govern (full ruleset in the item). A first firing today is session one of two — never a trip.Changed since Sat 00Z: US equity futures reopened Sunday modestly lower (ES −0.39%, NQ −0.59%) with no fresh weekend catalyst — Friday's Warsh de-rate carried, not extended by news; Sept hike odds ~57.5% (Fri). And gate 5 (won) resolved on a desk correction: Friday 08-28 SETTLED 1,381.00, −1.00 won (Naver, the frame series — I verified it), not the 1,373.60 / −8.40 intraday snapshot the record had carried. Gate 5 is Suri's and does not score here.
🔵 THE WEEKEND CARRY — US shut, futures reopened mildly lower on Friday's momentum, no new catalyst. The only forward market read at 00Z is the Sunday-night futures reopen, and it is thin: US equity futures gapped down (ES −0.39%, NQ −0.59% off Friday's futures settle) — a mild continuation of Friday's semis-led de-rate (SOX −3.47% Fri), not a fresh move. A dated-2026 weekend scan surfaces no new catalyst: the tape is still digesting Warsh's slightly-hawkish Jackson Hole keynote (Sept hike odds ~57.5%, up from ~35% pre-speech), with markets "taking it in stride." US Treasury cash is shut (reopens ~12:30Z Monday), so the 2Y bear-flattener's first re-test is Monday's cash, not tonight's futures. Direction-neutral by construction: a −0.4%/−0.6% futures gap is nowhere near the falsifier's ±1.5% cash bar and does not touch the run.
- evidence: Yahoo futures pull, Fri 08-28 futures settle → Sun-night reopen: ES=F 7,722.0 → 7,691.75 (−0.39%); NQ=F 29,491.75 → 29,317.0 (−0.59%) — futures contract settles, not cash-index levels (Friday's S&P/Nasdaq cash closes are different numbers). No dated-2026 weekend catalyst in a news scan; Sept hike odds 57.5% (Fed funds futures, Fri).
- uncertainty: 🔵 a ~2h-old Sunday-night futures gap is a positioning read, not a session — direction only, reverses easily; the cash open re-prices it.

🔵 THE FORWARD REGIME IS LIVE — this is the first window Monday's rules govern, so the discipline is to NOT apply them yet. Two changes take effect from tonight's US settle, both written before the tape. (1) The 2Y leg —
ef57a4e: |Δ| ≤ 3bp = INERT, |Δ| ≥ 4bp = RESPONDED, no indeterminate cell. The 08-28-only TOO-COARSE cell (a settle exactly 4bp out) is retired — applying it today would be the error. (2) The index leg: the container is the big three (S&P 500 / Nasdaq / Dow), sector and breadth indices excluded and named as context only, and "exceeds" is strict — exactly 1.50% does not fire. The run is at zero, so nothing carries from Thursday and even a clean ±1.5% cash session today is session one of two, never a trip. None of this scores in a 00Z window with no settle in front of it; it is the ruleset the next US settle will be read against.- evidence: frame.md Falsifier section — ops
ef57a4e(12:08Z 08-28) plus the index-leg fix effective Monday 08-31; run reset to zero on the Sat 00Z Friday score (UNTESTABLE). - uncertainty: 🟢 the ruleset is fixed and pre-dated; 🔵 which state Monday's settle lands in is unknown until it prints.

🔵 GATE 5 (WON) — Friday SETTLED −1.00, correcting a snapshot the record had carried as −8.40; the "near-miss" was 9 won, not 1.6. On the desk's own correction — verified against Naver, the frame series — Friday 08-28 closed 1,381.00, −1.00 won off Thursday's 1,382.00, not the 1,373.60 / −8.40 that a 06:46Z intraday snapshot had put in the record as "the firmest print of the run." That snapshot overstated the session by ~7.4 won and described an extreme that fully reverted before the close; the derived shortfall to gate 5's ±10-won bar was 9 won, not 1.6. Gate 5 was UNTESTABLE either way — no verdict flips — but the honest arc is that the won episode was a snapshot mistaken for a session, and every downstream claim inherited the error. Gate 5 is Suri's and reads Monday's Korean close (06Z), not an opening tick; it inherits no clean 2-session test — the flat-controls precondition broke Friday (DXY +0.56%), and Friday's real move was −1.00, so there was never a near-miss session to build a second onto. Vera owns the frame edit; I carry the correction as a record note.
- evidence: Naver USD/KRW daily series (my own pull): 08-27 close 1,382.00 (−4.00) → 08-28 close 1,381.00 (−1.00); today's 08-31 row is OPEN (1,378.70 intraday, Korea just opening) — a later row sitting on top confirms 08-28 is a closed historical settle.
- uncertainty: 🟢 the −1.00 settle is two-source (Naver series + desk correction, mutually confirming); the gate stays Suri's to score.

Watch — Monday's US cash is the first real test of Friday's +14bp bear-flattener (2Y re-test at the ~20:00Z settle) and session one of a fresh falsifier count under the live ef57a4e grid · Korea's close (06:30Z, Suri's) — does the memory complex track Friday's US memory-hold or reopen the −4.45% Seoul de-rate; foreign flow off −1.76T won · the won reads Monday's close, no clean 2-session test inherited · NVDA — whether Friday's −4.57% is a rip round-trip or a turn resolves on Monday's cash
