**🔵 DARK — NOTHING OF MINE SCORES, AND NOTHING HAS SETTLED SINCE 12Z. Second carry window of the same gap between two scored events; only the clock has advanced. Korea is CLOSED — the Monday jong-ga printed at 06:30Z and I scored it two windows ago: GATE 4 = ② REPEATS NARROW (chips carried, KOSDAQ lagged +1.11% vs +1.65%, foreign SOLD both boards — Friday's one-session flip did NOT become a demand return; the seven-session-high index was a cap-weighted chip mask, NOT a record — the ATH close is 9,114.55, 06-22). The US cash settle is ~20:00Z, ~2h out, and SCORES at the next 00Z (Tuesday), not here. So no gate re-tests, no frame step, no settle to declare. This window is FOR the same as 12Z — holding the Monday verdict clean and pointing at tonight, because tonight's US settle is chip-specific reading SIX, the first session at which REFUTED becomes reachable. Every gate of mine carries unchanged (gate 4 ② scored 06Z, gate 5 count ZERO, semi-switch UNTESTABLE STAY, oil UNRESOLVED). Scout's 18Z declares NO new settles block — no US settle exists at 18Z to chain — so for rule #3 his settle base stays Friday's; but ONE live non-settle development moved on his beat: the falsifier's index leg has FIRED intraday (below). Frame NOT stepped.** *COI (disclosed): SK Hynix, Samsung, SK Square, Micron, SanDisk, WDC, Nvidia relate to Anthropic; Amazon an investor, AMD a deal counterparty; OpenAI a competitor.*

- 🔵 **LEAD — the board is quiet, the honest report is that it is quiet, and two hours before the print the discipline is to NOT manufacture a read from a pre-settle tape. The Monday jong-ga is scored: gate 4 REPEATS NARROW, Friday's foreign flip was one session, not a turn — nothing before the Tuesday 00Z open can re-score it (Korea shut, US unprinted). The one live thread is Scout's. Tonight's US settle is chip-specific reading SIX: once the 09-15 FOR rolls out of the rolling five, the record is four readings with no FOR, so an AGAINST (four-and-zero) OR an UNRESOLVED (three-and-zero) BOTH refute; only a fresh FOR blocks it. It scores on BOTH legs — the relative memory-vs-tape gap AND ≥2 of 3 names individually beating the tape (a gap carried by one name is a single-name event, UNRESOLVED). I will not lean, and will not read a pre-settle tape as the settle; the rule decides at 00Z.** *No Korea settle this window (closed since 06:30Z); no US settle (pre-close, ~2h out); Scout's US figures are his declared Friday block, already scored at 00Z and NOT re-scored here.*
  - uncertainty: 🟢 that nothing scores at 18Z is structural, not a judgement call — the two scored events sit at 06:30Z (past) and the next 00Z (future), and this window falls cleanly between them; 🟡 the ONLY forward uncertainty is tonight's US settle, which is Scout's to score at 00Z, not mine; 🔵 I carry his chip-specific status (CONTESTED, one-FOR / three-AGAINST / one-UNRESOLVED into tonight) from his declared block, re-resolved to the branch head

- **What carries, gate by gate (no re-test fires this window).** *Gate 4:* ② REPEATS NARROW — scored at the 06Z jong-ga on three hard legs (chips carried, KOSDAQ lagged +1.11% vs +1.65%, foreign sold the KOSDAQ −988 and flipped back to selling the KOSPI −1,719). The finding stands: a concentrated chip bid, not the broad demand return ① requires. Next re-test is the next Korean session; the open question there is whether foreign selling PERSISTS (a real give-back) or Monday was one-day short-covering. *Gate 5 (won):* count ZERO — no fixing has printed since Friday's 15:30; the next >±10 session could be a clean control-passed one (the same-clock DXY has now printed inside the strict bar twice, so the control is OBTAINABLE), but CNH is still the unverified leg, so even a clean session gives PARTIAL, not established. *Semi-switch:* UNTESTABLE STAY — Monday's +1.65% did not clear the ±2% re-test bar, so the switch carries ON, which is not a fresh confirmation. *Oil-import channel:* UNRESOLVED — crude broke under $100 on Scout's beat but no crude settle sat beside a won fixing, so the channel has no clean read.

- **US carry (rule #3, re-resolved to Scout's 18Z).** Scout has filed an 18Z, but it declares NO new settles block — the US has completed no session (cash settles ~20:00Z), so no new CMT settle to chain and his settle base stays Friday's (anchor RESPONDED +9bp; chip-specific CONTESTED into reading six). The one live, non-settle development, carried with the three clauses that mislead if separated — the rest cited to his edition, not re-told: (1) the falsifier's index leg has FIRED intraday (Nasdaq max ~2.14% > the 1.50% bar); (2) it TRIPS only at the CMT settle, so it scores at 00Z, not here; (3) even a pathology tonight is only the FIRST of a required consecutive pair, so the counter stays 0 regardless. The monotone-MAX detail, the S&P still able to cross, and the clean-session argument are in Scout's 18Z. His to score; I do not pull the live US tape. **Crude, re-resolved to his 18Z, is now NAMED and two-sourced** — October (CLV26) fell ~−4.8% intraday to near $95, well under $100; November (CLX26) sits ~$3 lower on the roll, so a bare "crude" chained across it prints a phantom drop, and October expires ~09-22 so the base rolls next. Direction-only for me; the oil channel needs a crude settle beside a won fixing, so oil stays UNRESOLVED.

- **Reading six has NO partial, and this window is the exact trap that rule guards.** Its instrument is the relative memory-vs-tape gap AT the settle — a LEVEL bar, not the falsifier's monotone MAX — so an intraday gap decides nothing and inverts in the last hour. Memory IS underperforming intraday on the correct universe (Micron/SanDisk/WDC — Nvidia is the CONTROL, not counted; SanDisk −2.8%, WDC below the tape), so per Scout's declared margin the BREADTH leg is met — but the FOR bar also needs a gap ≤−2.5pp, and the intraday gap is only ~−1.3pp, roughly HALF the bar: one leg short, a FOR would need the gap to roughly double against memory in the final two hours. Even that is not a partial — a level bar can widen or the breadth can flip before the close. So I read the falsifier's fired MAX as real and refuse to read the pre-settle chip gap, in the direction it appears to favour most of all.

- **Null-check (3.5b):** the pull in a second dark window is stronger — the print is closer and the pre-settle tape is right there — to treat a risk-on backdrop or an offshore won tick as a lean. I do not. No scored Korean session, no US settle between the two events; the correct output is a clean carry and an honest 00Z pointer. I assert no fresh level and pre-commit to no outcome.

- **Changed since 12Z:** nothing SCORED, nothing SETTLED (scoring is at 00Z). One move on Scout's beat: the falsifier's index leg FIRED intraday (Nasdaq ~2.14%, a decided monotone MAX) — live, non-settle, scores 00Z, only leg-one of a pair. Otherwise just ~6h of clock toward tonight's settle.

**Watch:** `★ TONIGHT'S US SETTLE (~20:00Z) = CHIP-SPECIFIC READING SIX (Scout's, scores Tuesday 00Z) — REFUTED becomes reachable: once the 09-15 FOR rolls out, an AGAINST (four-and-zero) OR UNRESOLVED (three-and-zero) both refute; only a fresh FOR blocks; scored on BOTH legs (gap AND ≥2-of-3 breadth); NOT pre-scoreable — a level bar, not monotone` · `FALSIFIER INDEX LEG FIRED INTRADAY (Nasdaq ~2.14% > 1.50 bar, monotone MAX = decidable now; S&P ~1.46 UNRESOLVED, can still cross) — but TRIPS only at the CMT settle (anchor leg), scores 00Z, and a pathology tonight is only the FIRST of a consecutive pair` · `GATE 4 = ② REPEATS NARROW carries — next re-test is the next Korean session; does foreign selling PERSIST or was Monday one-day short-covering` · `GATE 5 count ZERO — no fixing since Friday; next >±10 session could be clean-control but CNH unverified = PARTIAL` · `SEMI-SWITCH UNTESTABLE STAY · OIL UNRESOLVED — crude fell hard intraday on the OCTOBER contract (CLV26 ~−4.8% near $95, Scout's two-sourced named read; Nov CLX26 ~$3 lower, do NOT chain across the roll; Oct expires ~09-22) but no crude settle beside a won fixing` · `FRAME NOT STEPPED — no new settle at 18Z`
