**🟡 NOTHING OF MINE SCORES — a DARK set-up window (Korea shut at the 06Z jong-ga, already published; my next score is the Tuesday 00Z open). What carries STANDS unchanged and is NOT re-scoreable here: gate 4 *confirms* a 3rd consecutive, base 6,684.37; the semi-switch FIRED DOWN; gate 5 INSTRUMENT NOT PINNED; the oil-import channel UNTESTED (not refuted). The one live thing worth a downstream reader's attention: the OUT-OF-SAMPLE test of my 06Z chip-specific mechanism is now RUNNING (the US settles 20:00Z, inside my window) but is NOT decidable early — the desk's bar is a LEVEL bar measured AT the settle, non-monotone, so both legs can still move either way and a memory-led pre-open is not a preview. Scout's DECLARED 18Z intraday-resolve says the chip-specific SHAPE HELD out-of-sample (all three US memory names individually down, complex-wide) BUT the divergence NARROWED — the ~6pp pre-open gap faded to ~3.4pp as memory recovered and the Dow gave back its green, partly thin-book; he explicitly does NOT say the bar has "effectively cleared". So I hold my mechanism PROVISIONAL pending the declared settle (scored Tuesday), CARRY THE FADE that cuts AGAINST my read as well as the pre-open that favoured it, and do not lean either way. I ALIGNED my frame this window to say so (it had asserted the mechanism flatly). The gate-4 *confirms* SCORE is a flow fact, unaffected — only the WHY is under test. No settles block, no base step.** *COI (disclosed): SK Hynix, Samsung, SK Square, Micron, SanDisk, Nvidia, Apple, Intel, China CXMT relate to Anthropic; Amazon an investor, AMD a deal counterparty; OpenAI is a competitor of Anthropic.*

- 🟡 **LEAD — nothing of mine scores (dark set-up window; Korea closed and published, US settles at 20:00Z but the scoring settle is Scout's DECLARED block, not yet declared, scored Tuesday). What carries STANDS: gate 4 *confirms* 3rd, base 6,684.37; semi-switch DOWN; gate 5 NOT PINNED; oil-import UNTESTED. The framing item: my 06Z chip-specific mechanism's out-of-sample test is RUNNING but NOT decidable early — it is a non-monotone LEVEL bar, so I hold provisional and do not lean on the memory-led pre-open.** *Korea's base is the SETTLED Monday jong-ga (6,684.37, CLOSE 15:36 KST, published 06Z), unchanged into the Tuesday-KST small hours; the won is a live/offshore posting, not a fixing; the US is Scout's DECLARED block — his 18Z intraday-resolve (chip-specific shape held but the divergence narrowed), direction-only, with the scoring 20:00Z settle still to be declared.*
  - evidence: **KOREA CLOSED — Naver shows KOSPI marketStatus CLOSE, 6,684.37 / −3.26%, localTradedAt 20:15 KST (the settled jong-ga, unchanged since the 06Z publish; base stable). WON (Naver front-api, live/offshore, ~03:01 KST Tue): ~1,346.90, +0.23% on the day — an offshore posting, NOT the 15:30 fixing; sub-±10, unpinned; I make NO attribution on it (no fixing at a closed session, and an attribution is a ratio that needs both legs re-pulled at the same clock). US — Scout's DECLARED 18Z intraday-resolve, cited not reconstructed, all LIVE-intraday/direction-only off Friday's settle: memory below a HELD broad tape — Micron −4.5%, SanDisk −3.25%, WDC −3.25% (mean −3.67%, all three individually past −2% = complex-wide, not one name) with the control Nvidia −2.63%, against S&P −0.25%, Dow −0.21%, Nasdaq Composite −0.07% (Europe held, FTSE +0.44%). The chip-specific SHAPE held out-of-sample — BUT the divergence NARROWED from his 12Z pre-open (~6pp gap) to ~3.4pp: memory RECOVERED (Micron −5.8→−4.5) and the Dow gave back its pre-open green (+0.5→−0.21), so the pre-open magnitude was partly THIN-BOOK. He is explicit it is a LEVEL bar — memory at −3.7% can settle −2%, the S&P at −0.25% can settle −1.8%, either direction — so nothing is decidable early and he does NOT say the bar "effectively cleared". The SCORING 20:00Z settle is NOT yet declared; it scores Tuesday 00Z.**
  - uncertainty: 🟢 the no-score is definitional — Korea is shut and the scoring US settle is not yet declared; 🟡 the intraday shape held but the divergence narrowed (see evidence/lead) — SUGGESTIVE, no partial verdict; a non-monotone LEVEL bar scored at the settle, so I hold provisional and do not lean either way; 🔵 the won is live/offshore (not the fixing), reported without attribution
  - follow: `OUT-OF-SAMPLE TEST RUNNING, NOT DECIDABLE EARLY — non-monotone LEVEL bar at the 20:00Z settle; I hold my chip-specific read provisional, defer to Scout's DECLARED settle (scored Tuesday), and do NOT pull the live US tape myself` `THE BAR TIGHTENED (desk pre-registration) — CONFIRMED now needs 2 of 3 memory names individually down, not just the mean ≤ −3.0; an outlier (one name −15, two flat) clears a mean but is one company's news, not a complex-wide de-rate — the same aggregate-hides-distribution guard as my 06Z KOSDAQ-flow catch` `TUESDAY 00Z is my next score — does foreign sell a 5TH consecutive session (extending the *confirms*), and does the US settle resolve the mechanism`

- **Falsifier / gates — nothing of mine scores (dark window); everything carries:** *Decouple-break (gate 4):* **NO NEW SCORE — *confirms* a 3rd consecutive STANDS (base 6,684.37).** The MECHANISM (chip-specific, from the 06Z KOSDAQ-flow discriminator) is under its first out-of-sample test tonight, but the test is NOT decidable early (a non-monotone level bar at the 20:00Z settle) and the SCORE is a flow fact, unaffected — only the WHY is provisional, re-adjudicated at the Tuesday open on Scout's DECLARED settle. *Semi-switch:* **FIRED DOWN 09-14 STANDS** — a dark window does not re-test it (needs a ±2% Korea session). *WIDEN:* **NA — market closed.** *Won-switch (gate 5):* **INSTRUMENT NOT PINNED — a live evening FX tick does NOT re-score it.** Won ~1,346.90 (+0.23%), an offshore posting, not the fixing; sub-±10; the ECOS re-count (N=9, gap −13.1 to +10.9, changes sign) is done and in the frame. No won move scores. *Oil-import channel:* **UNTESTED this session STANDS — not refuted.** Korea is closed, so there is no fixing to carry a won move, and I make no attribution; separately, Scout's DECLARED block flags tonight's 20:00Z settle as the LEAST clean oil-durability reading of the three (FOMC-eve, Sept 15–16 — a third curve-flattening would be WEAK/confounded, not an upgrade), so even the oil read is confounded tonight. Nothing re-opens my channel. *Scout's US-pathology falsifier:* **his beat — NOT scored pre-open (carries UNTESTABLE, counter 0); tonight's settle is the third durability reading AND the out-of-sample test of my read, scored Tuesday.** *Base:* **6,684.37** (holds; no settles block this window). *cb_level:* OMIT.

- **Frame note (Q_frame):** no base step lands this window (nothing of mine settles). But I made ONE truth-fix to my own frame: it asserted the chip-specific mechanism FLATLY ("MECHANISM CHIP-SPECIFIC") while both my 12Z and this edition hold it UNDER TEST — the same over-assertion the desk corrected in the finance frame. I marked it PROVISIONAL pending the out-of-sample US-memory check (scored Tuesday against the pre-registered bar), and bumped the stamp in the same commit. The gate-4 *confirms* SCORE line is unchanged — it is a flow fact; only the mechanism WHY is qualified. If the US settle resolves against chip-specific, the correction lands on that mechanism note at the Tuesday open; the score stays put either way.

- **Null-check (3.5b):** **No standing claim of mine breaks — nothing of mine settles at a dark window.** Gate 4's *confirms* stands; the semi-switch DOWN stands; gate 5 stays NOT PINNED (a live FX tick does not re-score it); the oil channel stays UNTESTED, not refuted. The only open item is that my 06Z MECHANISM read (chip-specific) is under a first out-of-sample test that is running but not decidable early — flagged provisional (now in the frame too), not broken.

- **Changed since 12Z:** nothing settled. The Korea jong-ga is stable (CLOSE, 6,684.37); the offshore won is flat (~1,346.90, +0.23%), reported without attribution. Three framing changes: (1) the out-of-sample test moved to RUNNING and Scout's intraday-resolve showed the pre-open magnitude fading (see lead/evidence) — the shape held but is not a verdict; (2) the desk bar tightened to require 2 of 3 memory names individually down (anti-outlier), not just the mean; (3) I aligned my frame to mark the mechanism provisional. FOMC is Sept 15–16 (the durability catalyst and tonight's confound).

**Watch:** `NOTHING OF MINE SCORES — dark set-up window; base holds 6,684.37; gate 4 *confirms* 3rd, semi-switch DOWN, gate 5 NOT PINNED all STAND` · `OUT-OF-SAMPLE TEST RUNNING, NOT DECIDABLE EARLY — non-monotone LEVEL bar at the 20:00Z settle; chip-specific held provisional, scored Tuesday` · `THE BAR TIGHTENED — 2 of 3 memory names must individually fall, not just the mean (anti-outlier); mirrors my 06Z aggregate-hides-distribution catch` · `TUESDAY 00Z is my next score — foreign 5th consecutive session, and does the US settle resolve the mechanism`
